Saddle Stitched

Commonly referred to as stapled, saddle stitch brochures are ideal for brochures with a low-medium page count. They can vary from 8pp to 64pp and are made by stapling folded sheets of papers together in a booklet format. Stapled brochures offer a cost-effective and fast brochure printing solution, ideal for a wide range of applications and industries.

Wiro-Bound

Wiro bound brochures are perfect for business presentations, reports, notebooks and product instruction manuals. The wire-wrapped finish to each page allows you to lay the brochure fully flat, offering lots of versatile uses. Wiro-bound brochures can also accomodate a higher page count, from as little as 8pp to as many as 180pp!

Perfect Bound

Perfect binding delivers a premium finish to any brochure, from shopping catalogues to educational textbooks, museum guides, company publications and many more. Perfect-bound brochures are glued to the spine, providing a durable product you can be proud of. Page counts can range from 40pp all the way up to 240pp!

Inside Paper Stock

We have a wide range of paper weights to suit your needs. Inside pages are available in a range of papers from 90gsm to 350gsm, in silk, gloss or uncoated matte finishes.

Cover Stock

The cover of your brochure can be a different material or thickness to the inside pages, so for example you could opt for a 300gsm Gloss Laminated cover, whilst a having a lightweight uncoated matte finish for your inside pages.

Lamination is also available on some cover stock options. Please note depending on brochure size and type of binding required, some options may not be available, so make sure to discuss this with our team before ordering.

Artwork Requirements

Your artwork should meet the following:

• PDF Format (All Fonts Outlined or Embedded)
• Individually Paged PDF Document
• 3mm Bleed
• Crop Marks
• CMYK Colour Space

Page Count

Due to the printing requirements for brochures, page counts must be in multiples of 4 pages. Whilst you don't have to have content on all pages, any blank pages must be included in the artwork files.

Depending on the type of brochure you are ordering there may be a minimum and maximum number of pages that can be printed, so please get in touch if you are unsure and we can help.

Due to the different methods of binding, turnaround for brochures can vary. We usually work on a 5-working day turnaround for most options, although some can be expedited.

If you need your order ASAP then please let us know, depending on the time of order it may be possible to offer an expedited option.
